Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat asserted that the apartment and flat management is prohibited not to complicate the Population and Civil Registration Department (Dukcapil) officer in conducting data collection.

Hidayat asserted the whole occupant in apartment and flat must have Jakarta ID Card and Family Card (KK).

“The apartment and flat occupants obligated to have ID card,” he stressed after he opened the Coordination Meeting of Jakarta Family Welfare Association (PKK) in PKK Melati Jaya's Auditorium Hall, Kebagusan, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta, Wednesday (9/9).
